This program begins on Tuesday May 26th (no session on Memorial Day) and runs through week of July 6th with the last session being on Thursday July 9th. This program is only for collegiate athletes. There are a total of 27 sessions in this program. The total cost of the program is $597 ($497 if you sign up before May 4th). You will be charged the first half of the program upon registration and the remaining balance one month after the date of registration.

Summer college athlete groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year.  With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season. Each session is 60 minutes in length and incorporate all elements of a world class strength and conditioning program.
