This assessment is adults or athletes who want to train 1-on-1 with goals of improving their fitness and/or sports performance. Adults and athletes are taken through an intro workout to assess their current fitness level/athletic abilities. The workout will last about 30-35 minutes with an additional 10-15 minutes for a consultation to discuss training goals and options.
