Athlete Membership

This membership allows athletes to attend 1 or 2 group training session per week. Be sure to check our weekly schedule to see which session you will be attending. All you need to do in order to register for the session is text or email us for which session you’d like to attend that week.

Unused/missed sessions can not be made up, however, if there is another session that week, the athlete may be able to attend that session. If this is the case, please get in touch with us to make the session is not already full. In the event of SFPC cancelling a session, clients will be credited a session to be used at a later date with no expiration date.

Memberships can only be cancelled with 7 or more days with written notice from next scheduled payment. Memberships operate on a 28-day payment cycle.

Session Details:

These sessions are designed for young athletes and will give your young athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. Each session is 45 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of a world class program, modified for the younger athlete.
