This membership allows adults to attend 1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week.
Unused/missed sessions can not be made up, however, if there is another session that week, you may be able to attend that session. If this is the case, please get in touch with us to make the session is not already full. In the event of SFPC cancelling a session, clients will be credited a session to be used at a later date with no expiration date.
Memberships can only be cancelled with 6 or more days of written notice from next payment. Memberships operate on a 28-day payment cycle.

Program Details:
Our Adult Functional Training groups at SFPC provide you a full body workout that will help you move and feel better than ever before. Every training session provides you a well-rounded workout focusing on everything from mobility, power, strength and aerobic conditioning. Each day starts with foam rolling and stretching to improve your full body flexibility followed by an active warm-up session to get you ready to train. We focus on improving your power and strength starting with plyometrics and medicine ball drills followed by a full body strength training session addressing multiple planes of motion with upper body, lower body and core exercises. We always finish the session with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds to riding bikes.
Every workout is led from start to finish by our friendly and professional coaches who will make your training experience fun, effective and personalized to fit your needs.
