This program is designed for hockey players of all ages and skill levels to combine their off-ice and on-ice summer training. Players who participate in this program will see an improvement in their strength, speed, power, conditioning and hockey skills. Our main objective with this program is to develop the athlete and hockey player as a whole by combining all facets of their training into one program so players do not need to do anything else during their off-season to see a noticeable improvement in their athleticism and skills. Players will need to bring appropriate off-ice training clothing and shoes to each session. For the first 3 weeks of the program, players will only need their stick, gloves, skates, and refillable water bottle. After week 3, players need to bring their full set of hockey equipment to each session as well as a refillable water bottle.
