Our Adult Fitness groups at SFPC provide you a full body workout that will help you move and feel better than ever before. Our group setting provides you a community of training partners to motivate you along with a professional coach who will lead you through the workout and adjust the program to fit your goals and limitations.
Every training session provides you a well-rounded workout focusing on everything from mobility, power, strength and aerobic conditioning. Each day starts with foam rolling and stretching to improve your full body flexibility followed by an active warm-up session to get you ready to train. We focus on improving your power and strength starting with plyometrics and medicine ball drills followed by a full body strength training session addressing multiple planes of motion with upper body, lower body and core exercises. We always finish the hour with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to riding bikes, or battle ropes.
