Strength and Power
All athletes require adequate strength and power to excel at their sport. This is not something that comes naturally, as athletes have to train these qualities in order to maximize their performance.
Speed and Agility
There is no substitute for an athlete whose faster and more explosive than their peers. Getting faster and more agile gives athletes an edge over their competition.
Balance, Coordination, and Mobility
Athletes require the ability to stay balanced, move with control (coordination), and be able to be flexible and strong in multiple positions (mobility) to be the best they can be during competition.
