Our small group personal training at SFPC is a great fit for adults looking to improve their health and fitness. Every session provides you with a full body workout that will help you move and feel better than ever before. Our small groups give you a community of training partners to motivate you along with a professional coach who will lead you through the workout and adjust the program to fit your goals and limitations.
Every session starts with foam rolling and stretching to prepare your body for the workout. Next, an active warm-up is completed before a focus on improving your power in your upper and lower body. After that, we complete a full body strength program addressing multiple planes of motion with upper body, lower body and core strengthening exercises. We always finish the session with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to riding bikes, or battle ropes.
