Our summer athlete sports performance training sessions run weekly starting the week of June 15th and finish the week of August 3rd (total of 8 weeks).

These sessions are designed for young athletes and will give your young athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. Each session is 45 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of a world class program, modified for the younger athlete.

If you need to come in on a different day/time on any of your scheduled sessions as part of your program (ie. you were out of town over the weekend or were sick), please call/text (586-488-4879) or speak with Coach Matt directly to ensure there is room in the group for that session.

Summer high school athlete groups are designed for current high school aged athletes preparing for their upcoming calendar year of athletics.  The program uses progressive strength and conditioning techniques to ensure proper growth and to prepare the athlete for their next calendar year of competition. Each session is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of a world class strength and conditioning program.

This program begins on Tuesday May 26th (no session on Memorial Day) and runs through the entire summer. This program costs $65 per week and when you register you begin your weekly subscription. You may cancel your subscription the week before you leave for school or begin the school season.

Summer college athlete groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year.  With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season. Each session is 60 minutes in length and incorporate all elements of a world class strength and conditioning program.

Our emphasis is on teaching proper shooting and stickhandling techniques that will carry over to their on-ice practice. Each session is 45 minutes in length and takes place on our 2,000 square foot sheet of synthetic ice. Players will need to bring their skates, gloves, stick, and water bottle to each session.

Our on-ice hockey skills training runs weekly starting the week of July 6th and finishes the week of August 3rd (total of 5 weeks).

These sessions are designed for hockey players of all ages and skill levels to improve their skating, shooting and stickinghandling skills. Our emphasis is on teaching proper skating, shooting, and stickhandling techniques that will elevate a hockeys players speed, skills, and conditioning heading into their next season. Each session is 1 hour in length and takes place on the ice. Players will need to their entire hockey bag of equipment as well as a water bottle to each session.
