Our summer athlete sports performance training sessions run weekly starting the week of June 15th and finish the week of August 3rd (total of 8 weeks).

These sessions are designed for young athletes and will give your young athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. Each session is 45 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of a world class program, modified for the younger athlete.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Monday 8:50 am, 6:00 pm

Tuesday 8:50 am, 6:00 pm

Wednesday 8:50 am, 9:50 am, 6:00 pm

Thursday 8:50 am, 6:00 pm

If you plan on attending 1 session per week, select the 8 session package and choose your day and time in the form (form pops up after clicking sign up).

If you plan on attending 2 sessions per week, select the 16 session package and choose your day and time in the form (form pops up after clicking sign up) An ideal schedule for the 16 session package would be to attend sessions on Monday’s and Wednesday’s or Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

This program begins on Tuesday May 26th (no session on Memorial Day) and runs through week of July 6th with the last session being on Thursday July 9th. There are a total of 27 sessions in this program. The total cost of the program is $620 ($520 if you sign up before May 4th).

Summer college athlete groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year.  With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season. Each session is 60 minutes in length and incorporate all elements of a world class strength and conditioning program.

You will be charged the first half of the program upon registration and the remaining balance one month after the date of registration.
