Adult Small Group Personal Training

This membership is for our adult small group personal training program and allows you to attend 2 or 3 sessions per week for a total of 8 or 12 sessions per 4-week period. All sessions are 45 minutes long. Unused/missed sessions do not roll over to the next period. No minimum commitment required.
