PERSONAL TRAINING FOR ADULTS, ATHLETES, AND HOCKEY PLAYERS

If you have a specific goal in mind or just want closer personalized attention, personal training is an excellent option. This will allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.

All personal training clients will receive a free assessment to discuss your training and/or health history and guide you through an intro workout to best assess their needs. Our coaches have experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from fat loss to sports performance to skill development. No matter the goal, our coaches will build a program that is tailored to fit the client’s needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.

Semi-private training is another option for those looking for individualized coaching and programming but enjoys having training partners to help motivate and encourage each other along the way.  Small groups of 2-5 still provide the opportunity for individualized coaching at a more cost-effective price point.
